Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13th in 1981) is an American actor. His career began with television performances, such as Opposite Sext in the year 2000. Following his appearance in a variety of teen movies, including Not Another Teen Movie in 2001, he became known as the Marvel Comics Character the Human Torch. Evans appeared in several films based on comics and graphic novels like TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) and Snowpiercer (2013). Evans' portrayal as Captain America/Steve Rogers was in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014, 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame 2019 brought him greater acceptance. As a result of his Marvel work, he became one of the highest-paid actors around the globe.
